In addition to telephone advice and clinics, NWLS also provides direct representation in certain kinds of cases for clients who meet our eligibility requirements. In most cases, clients are scheduled for an appointment in the office nearest to the county where they reside. Clients will come in for their appointment, sign the appropriate documentation, and meet with the attorney in person. In certain circumstances, clients can complete the paperwork and submit it by mail, email, or fax.
Direct representation could be limited service to extended representation depending on the type of issue, the facts of the case, and current staffing. Find out more about how to apply for service by clicking on the button below.
