Northwestern Legal Services has long been committed to preventing homelessness in Erie PA and surrounding areas.
Now, thanks to a new housing grant, NWLS will be able to provide extended services and representation to tenants facing private landlord evictions and issues. The new funding becomes available on July 1, 2024.
As with our other services, applicants will need to be within 125% of the federal poverty guidelines to be eligible for services, with some additional asset guidelines.
