In the past calendar year over 4,300 clients received intake services through our
Central Intake Unit, of which, almost half of those clients received contemporaneous
telephone advice. Each client served through our telephone advice program is
sent a survey asking for their input regarding the quality of service they received.
Response has been overwhelmingly positive and all indications confirm that our clients
find this type of service to be extremely beneficial.
