NWLS provides
representation for low-income individuals in many civil law
matters. Clients must meet case criteria, asset and
income guidelines.
We serve 10
counties in northwestern Pennsylvania including: Cameron,
Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Venango, and Warren
Counties.
