NWLS provides representation for low-income individuals in  many civil law matters.  Clients must meet case criteria, asset and income guidelines. Cases must also fit withing the types of cases we can handle.

We serve 10 counties in northwestern Pennsylvania including:  Cameron, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Venango, and Warren Counties.
