3 Ways to Make Your Request:
Request your Credit Report Online
You may use the computer in our Client Resource Room, or any computer with
Internet access, to log on to
www.annualcreditreport.com and follow the
simple instructions to request your credit reports online.
Request your Credit Report by Phone
You may use the phone in our Client Resource Room, or any home or pay phone, to
call toll-free to 1-877-322-8228 to request your credit reports by phone. You
will go through a simple verification process over the phone. Your reports will
be mailed to you.
Request your Credit Report by Mail
You can request your credit report by mail by filling out and
submit the
attached form. Be sure to fill in the circles for all three
agencies so that you get all three reports to compare them. You may use one of
the nearby pre-addressed envelopes or address an envelope yourself and mail the
form to:
